Custom quotes are specifically for your unique goals and project scope.

Depending on the size and timeline of your project, I use one of the following payment structures:

🗓️ Small to Midsize Projects (40% / 60%)

  • The Terms: 40% deposit to secure your booking; 60% due on project completion.

    Best For: Quick-turnaround projects lasting under 1 - 4 weeks.

    Example: A focused content development & media launch, or a standalone digital solutions platform audit.

📊 Milestone Projects (30% / 30% / 40%)

  • The Terms: 30% deposit to begin; 30% due midway at a designated project milestone; 40% due on final delivery.

  • Best For: Large-scale, multi-month projects requiring extensive planning and execution.

    Example: Full-scale business operations support to take a project from concept to completion. (Midway milestone: Completion of the project organisation and planning phase).

Monthly Retainer

  • The Terms: A custom, fixed recurring fee invoiced and paid at the start of each service month.

Best For: Ongoing, hands-on support where I embed into your workflow.

Example: Ongoing execution coordination acting as your executive VA, or continuous AI automation support & workflow optimisation.

For flexible consulting, troubleshooting, or ad-hoc project support.

  • The Rate: €65 – €150 per hour (based on project complexity).

  • The Terms: Invoiced in block increments or tracked hours upon scope alignment.

    Example: A 60-minute brainstorm session, technical website fix, custom AI implementation consulting, or continuous AI automation support & workflow optimisation.
